2.2 Services are provided based on the information and instructions given by the Client.
2.3 The Company will endeavour to provide services in a timely and professional manner.
3. Booking and Cancellation
3.1 Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website.
3.2 Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
3.3 Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 Fees for services will be agreed upon before the commencement of work.
4.2 Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed.
5. Liability
5.1 The Company will take all reasonable precautions to protect the Client’s data and equipment.
5.2 The Company is not liable for any data loss or damage to equipment unless caused by the Company’s negligence.
5.3 The Client is responsible for backing up all data prior to the provision of services.
6. Warranties
6.1 The Company warrants that services will be provided with reasonable skill and care.
6.2 The Company does not warrant that the services will meet any specific requirements of the Client.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 The Company will treat all Client information as confidential.
7.2 Confidential information will not be disclosed to any third party without the Client’s consent unless required by law.
8. Termination
8.1 Either party may terminate the agreement for services with written notice.
8.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the Client breaches these terms and conditions.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
10. Amendments
10.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
10.2 Any amendments will be communicated to the Client and will take effect immediately upon such notice.
