Why a home callout?
If you’ve landed on my webpage, it means you have recently visited SimplyFixIt for an issue you’re having with your computer. SimplyFixIt is a well-established business that’s been running since 1996, so it’s fair to say they are the experts at fixing things. But sometimes you might require some help with your device that isn’t really about fixing, and that’s where I come in. I’m able to take the time to help you face-to-face with tasks that just can’t be handled in a busy shop environment.

I work closely with SimplyFixIt to ensure my service is aimed at giving you the best and most personal help possible, whether that’s visiting your home to set up a stronger WiFi signal, looking at your laptop to make sure it’s safe from viruses, recovering accounts from forgotten passwords, or assistance carrying out everyday tasks on your computer or iPad, such as sending emails.

Pricing
Our standard service fee is £99, which includes up to 1.5 hours on site, which is sufficient for the vast majority of jobs. If additional time is required, this can be arranged in convenient 30-minute increments.
Before the appointment, we’d like to have a brief conversation with you to discuss your requirements. This can be by telephone or video call—whichever you prefer. A video call can be a nice opportunity to meet virtually and put a face to the name, but it’s entirely optional.
The main purpose of the call is to understand your needs, answer any questions you may have, and provide a more accurate estimate before the visit.
