Home callout service

Book an experienced and qualified professional to help you with your computer, Apple Mac, laptop or iPad.

Why a home callout?

If your computer, laptop, Apple Mac, or iPad is broken, there are many great places you can take it to get fixed. I’d personally recommend SimplyFixIt Logo in Edinburgh, with whom I worked for many years. They are well established and offer a very professional service.

However, if your device isn’t broken — it just isn’t quite doing what it’s supposed to — or if you need somebody to come out and visit you in your home, that’s where I come in. I offer a home call-out service in South Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. My service isn’t about replacing broken parts, but rather helping you get set up to do all the tasks you need to do on your computer.

Hi, I’m Ross

My service aims to give you the best and most personal help possible, whether that’s boosting your WiFi signal, connecting your printer, recovering accounts from forgotten passwords, or sending emails.

If you’d like to know more, you can get in touch using the contact form at the bottom, or you can give me a call.

My service, tailored around you

Before I book an appointment, I’ll give you a quick phone call or video call to discuss your needs. This helps me understand what you need from the service and lets us get to know each other better. I find that this is important when you’re inviting somebody into your home.

Flexible bookings

You choose a day and time that suits you. I’ll ensure I don’t rush off before I know you’re 100% satisfied.

Patient

I’m an experienced, educated, and patient professional keen to help. I’ll be sure to take things at your pace.

No Jargon

I understand how important it is that I relay information in a digestible way that makes sense.
